IELTS Preparation at AEO – Pakistan

AEO-Pakistan offers different preparatory courses for IELTS and English as a second
language according to the candidates’ convenience and level of English proficiency.

Placement Test: Candidates who intend to take IELTS preparatory classes are required to
take this test first. The level or course to be taken depends on the performance in this test. It
can be taken from Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am – 2:00pm,
by making a registration of Rs.500/- cash.

The levels offered are:

• Pre-IELTS Level-1
• Pre-IELTS Level-2
• IELTS Preparation
• IELTS Life Skills Preparation

Pre-IELTS Level-1: This course has been designed for candidates who lack in basic language
skills. Candidates will move to Pre-IELTS Level-2 upon completion. Fee for this level is
Rs.14000/- for a month.

Classes are held from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and
Fridays.

Pre-IELTS Level-2: Candidates who do not score sufficiently in the Placement Test need to
undergo this level and move to IELTS Preparation upon completion. Fee for this level is
Rs.14000/- for a month.

Classes are held from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and
Fridays.

IELTS Preparation: Candidates who score sufficiently in the Placement Test will be enrolled in
this level. Duration of this level, days and timings for this level are as follows:

1:00 to 3:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (12 Classes) RS-16000/-

7:30 to 9:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (12 Classes) RS-16000/-
10:00 to 1:00 pm only on Sundays (8 weeks) RS-16000/-

IELTS Life Skills preparation: For A1 and B1 candidates

11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (12 Classes) RS-12000/-

Pilot Test: This mode of preparation is helpful for people who did not achieve their required
score in their previous attempts. These candidates might need help in any one or more than
one modules, but do not want to go through the whole IELTS preparatory course. The fee is
Rs. 6000/- per module. Timings and dates will be confirmed at the time of registration.

Mock Test: This test gives basic guidelines to candidates who want know the format of IELTS
listening, reading and writing modules. Also for candidates who want to assess their
preparation and an approximate band score they can achieve. Registration fee is Rs. 8000/-.
Date and time of test will be confirmed at the time of registration.

“Intensive English Language Certificate Course”

This course is for candidates who wish to improve their English language for either personal or
professional grooming.

➢ This course can be taken if you are 12 years old or above.

➢ The duration of this course is three months.
➢ Classes will be conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
➢ Classes are held at 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
➢ Study material will be provided.
➢ Fee for the complete course is Rs. 30000/-
➢ At the end of the course, certificates will be issued to successful candidates.

To register for any of the preparatory programs, you must have,

➢ A Pay-order / Bank draft in favor of AEO-Pakistan

➢ A copy of NIC
➢ 1 passport size photograph
