certificates/documents as required by the Agency, with copy of BE

 Reject: Item is not permitted for clearance for home consumption. 

Withhold NOC:

 Provisional NOC: NOC is granted subject to the production of Letters of 
 Guarantee and carrying out testing of samples as required by PGA’. 

Customs may releasegoods after a Bond or Letter of Guarantee is accepted for the Bill of Entry and the requisite
samples are drawn.

Present Status
 Online Clearance and Automatic Routing implemented with AQ, PQ, FSSAI, ADC,
WCCB and TC in imports.
 SW in Exports is slated to roll out by 31st December 2016.
 Integrated Risk Assessment implemented for aforementioned agencies.
 Requisite infrastructure for implementation of Paperless Processing is in the process
of acquisition.
 DG (Systems) is in designing phase of module for Automatic Transmission and
Verification of LPCOs.
