Sapta Shloki: Seven Verses, by Vasant V. Paranjpe.
In 1944 Parama Sadguru Shree Gajanan Maharaj took the vow, “I will resuscitate the Vedas.” The spread of Agnihotra all over the planet is the fulfillment of that vow. Shree had no desire to collect disciples or to be anyone’s Guru. He simply taught that by following the Fivefold Path, any person, regardless of beliefs or station in life, can experience the unfoldment of Divine Grace from within. This knowledge is succinctly outlined in The Seven Verses (Sapta Shloki). When SHREE took the Supreme Vow at the feet of His Satguru, Eternal Avatar, Lord Purushuram, that He would resuscitate the Vedas, the Seven Verses were uttered through His instument and given to the planet for the first time, to usher in the New Age.
