Application D Technology PDC bits are the proven solution for the
ever increasing commplexity of directional applications and operators
tougher performance objectives. In motor steerable, rotary steerable and
vertical drilling applications our technology enhancements offer
superior performance and directional control.

EZSteer Technology Patented EZSteer; depth-of-cut control

technology uses engineered bearing surfaces to improve toolface control
on motor steerable systems and enhances performance on rotary
steerable systems. The result is improved directional performance and
higher ROPs in all applications.

LGC Gauge Design The bit's gauge design is optimized for the
application to match the drive system, dog-leg requirements and
formation characteristics. LGC (Length, Geometry and Cutting
structure) gauge design approach delivers predictable and consistent
build rates without compromising hole quality.

Genesis Cutters Our designers can choose from a diverse group of

cutters with a range of diamond table thickness and diamond carbide
interfaces for the ideal mix of aggressiveness and durability.

Genesis CFD Hydraulics CFD analysis is utilized for every Genesis

design and ensures the optimum balance between flow, cutter cooling,
and fluid erosion.
