I'm using KWL as reading strategy.

Chapter 1 is an introduction and a review of the concept of psycholinguistic , by

using some simple examples on how the human brain store information like
words and how it can recall these information from memory in a lightning speed .
a rather predefinition of the psycholinguistics is given as the study of the mental
representation and processes involving in language use . the definition is followed
by some essential questions aimed at directing the focus of student into the
different aspects of psycholinguistic studies .
the chapter also addresses the question of who does psycholinguistics .the
answer might varies depend on the motive and methods : from computer
scientists , AI researchers ,neuropsychologists ...
And through observation and experiment the chapter tries to clarify how do
psycholinguistics do psycholinguistics .
