CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Service made and entered by and between:

The DI MANALO JAMES COMPANY, a private company with address at 67 Session

Road, Baguio City, represented by its Company President JAIMAR RAFAEL, Officer-in-
Charge, hereinafter referred as the “FIRST PARTY”

-and-

JAMES MIGUEL, of legal age, and a resident of No.23, Purok 20, Irisan, Baguio City
hereinafter referred to as the ““GRAPHIC ARTIST” hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND
PARTY”

-WITNESSETH- That

1. Through the recommendation of the Management Committee, the Commission En Banc

(CEB), through its Resolution Number 076-201 dated January 7, 2013 approved the
hiring of service of Graphic Artist Company Personnel through the Di Manalo James
Company dated January 15, 2013 for the position of COMPANY GRAPHIC ARTIST;

2. The FIRST PARTY is in need of the services of the Second Party who shall devote his
time exclusively with the FIRST PARTY;

3. The COMPANY GRAPHIC ARTIST has signified his intention to which the COMPANY
has accepted, to provide the services needed by the latter;

 Build a company project using a certain designated software by the company

 Employ in the final production of the project company’s X-graphic holographic
machine
 Render services as the company graphic artist by building softwares

4. The contract shall be effective starting from January 15, 2013 until termination of the
FIRST PARTY.

5. THAT for and in consideration of the performance of the undertaking, the COMPANY
shall pay the SECOND PARTY on project basis.

6. The PROJECT TECHNICAL STAFF I shall be present during workdays in his workplace
as long as he meets the deadline of the company projects; and

7. The SECOND PARTY shall be subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the
company.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 15th day of January
2013 at 67 Session Road, Baguio City.
