Boliscreed® 400
Boliscreed 400 is a lightweight, waterimpermeable, flexible levelling screed for
steel, wooden and cementitious substrates that withstands vibration and
deflection without breaking or cracking. The Boliscreed 400 has specially been
developed to level uneven surfaces and can be finished with synthetic deck
coverings, vinyl, carpet, tiles etc.

Bolideck® 525
Bolideck 525 is a seamlessly applied, skid resistant, sound- and shock-absorbing
deck covering system, for normal and heavy traffic areas. It is installed on top of a
specially developed levelling screed, the Boliscreed 400. By means of this levelling
layer the system is flexible enough to follow the movements of the steel without
cracking. The system comes in a smooth surface and can be delivered in approx.
70 colours.

Bolideck® Select
Bolideck Select is a state-of-the-art seamless, liquid applied, decorative floor
finish. It contains flexible properties absorbing the small movements of the
substrate without cracking. Since there is a big demand from the market for a
lightweight, easy to clean/maintain product, this system has been developed.
The Bolideck Select comes in a hard and soft finish.

Bolideck® Select Hard

This luxurious deck finishing system is suitable for helidecks and heavier
mechanical loads like take-offs and landings. The UV-resistant system is antiskid
without the surface being rough-textured. Due to its viscidly elastic character it is
also suited for intensive foot traffic. It strongly influences the atmosphere, on the
one hand by a unique combination of embedded elastic granules and a principal
colour of one’s choice, and on the other hand by its seamless quality.
Bolideck® Select Soft
Bolideck Select Soft has excellent sound attenuation properties and is therefore
recommended in areas where there are specific sound requirement.
In case very strong sound requirements are requisted the Bolideck Select S.I. is
recommended This specially developed system is mostly installed in areas above
cabins.

Bolideck® Select Teak Effect

This system has the same properties and characteristics as the Bolideck Select,
but is installed with a teak-like finish. The surface of this durable system is
antiskid without being rough-textured. It is easy to clean and very fit to walk
barefoot on (also in wet conditions).

Bolideck® Future Teak

This revolutionary new synthetic decking system has the realistic “look” and
“feel” of traditional teak decks. It is durable, light-weight and a highly cost
effective alternative to traditional teak with the added advantage of a greatly
reduced installation time. Safe in both wet and dry conditions. Future Teak®
relies on Micro traction® through and through. Compatible with all existing
Bolideck systems.

Bolidt® Swimming Pool System

This is a flexible seamlessly applied system on the horizontal and vertical parts of
the swimming pools. Its flexible characteristics make that the system can follow
the movements of the substrate without cracking. Moreover, this system can be
installed in both a plain colour as well as with an “endless” design.
Bolidt Helideck
Bolidt Helideck is the deck finishing system that, from a functional point of view,
is most suitable for helicopter landing platforms. Highly antiskid in case of rain or
spray and resistant to considerable mechanical loads like sliding skids. The deck
can be repainted without losing its properties. Resistant to oil and chemicals.

Bolidt® B1 system
The system is developed for the outdoor areas of frigates to meet their specific
requirements. The seamless, strong and wear resistant Bolidt B1 System is applied
where next to wear resistance and surface friction also resistance to mechanical
loads and protection of the substrate are important items. Through composition
and choice of compatible layers, an excellent corrosion resistance is achieved. The
Bolidt B2 system is the advanced system developed for use on heavy loaded areas
and contains an additional underlayer to increase the durability of the system.

Bolideck® 700
The Bolideck 700 is a trowel applied epoxy screed with a terrazzo effect. The
floor has an extremely high compression strength and is highly wear and tear
resistant. Bolideck 700 is furthermore highly chemical resistant and can be
cleaned with hot water and normal cleaning products. The floor surface is
anti-slip. Especially suitable in wet areas. The Bolideck 700 is installed on top of
the levelling layer Boliscreed 400.

Bolidt® Galleydeck
This system is specially developed for the galleys. The Bolidt Galleydeck is a
seamlessly applied system broadcast with aggregates ensuring the right anti-slip
on the one hand and easy maintenance on the other. Moreover the special
composition of the system makes this system both technically and aesthetically
very suitable for galleys.
Bolidt® Ballast Compound
Bolidt Ballast Compound consists of tough elastic polyurethane, highly filled with
heavy fillers. The polyurethane is based on branched polyols and aromatic
polyisocyanates and fillers, which have to be mixed into a perfectly homogeneous
mass. Suitable as a Ballast Compound for keel, stearing and other ships spaces.

Bolideck® Synthetic Floor ET/NG-K

Bolideck Synthetic Floor ET/NG-K is a polymer based liquid trowel applied system,
specially selected for carrying cattle. The system is finished with selected granules
to provide a good non-slip and strong base for cattle to stand on.
This heavy, cast deck finishing system prevents chlorides and salts from
penetrating into steel and so has an excellent corrosion-inhibiting effect.

Bolideck® Synthetic Floor ET/SL-K

Bolideck Synthetic Floor ET/SL-K is a polymer based liquid applied deck finish,
broadcast with non-slip aggregates to provide a good non-slip base for sheep.
This system is less thick than ET/NG-K and broadcast with special quartzes.
This heavy, cast deck finishing system prevents chlorides and salts from
penetrating into steel and so has an excellent corrosion-inhibiting effect.

Bolidt® Coating ET-K

This black, rolled coating system protects steel from chlorides and salt penetrating
and therefore has an excellent anti-corrosive effect. The functional system is
applied at low initial costs.
Bolideck® Lightweight
Bolideck Lightweight is a specially developed system for the transport of livestock
(sheep). Due to its lightweight characteristics it is frequently applied on the top
decks. The system is broadcast with an anti-skid aggregate.
This deck finishing system has a low specific gravity and is resistant to animal
excrements.

Bolideck® A60
Bolideck A60 is a fire-insulating lightweight floating floor. It provides total fire
insulation on top of the steel/aluminium deck, thus avoiding the requirement for
insulation materials under the steel deck. The system has an excellent
compression strength, perfect wear and tear resistance and is completely
impermeable to water.

Bolideck® A60 SI
Bolideck A60 SI is a floating floor composed of a base of mineral wool with a
high-density, fully synthetic, vapour-proof top-layer. This seamless system has
been used in engine control room, engineer’s office, crew day room, passageway,
changing room, and sanity rooms. It contains expanded metal reinforcement,
which combines optimum sound insulation with fire retardancy, perfect wear and
tear resistance.

Boliscreed® LW
Boliscreed LW is a lightweight, waterimpermeable, flexible levelling screed for
steel, wooden and cementitious substrates that withstands vibration and
deflection without breaking or cracking. The Boliscreed LW has specially been
developed to level uneven surfaces and can be finished with synthetic deck
coverings, vinyl, carpet, tiles etc.
Bolideck® LT
The Bolideck LT system has been specifically developed for the cold storage and
production areas on board of trawlers. One of its components, Bolidt Grouting F,
is a waterproofing membrane that is developed to withstand the extreme Low
Temperatures of the cold stores. On top of the membrane the toplayer of the
system is applied to provide the deck with a very hard wearing and non-skid
surface that can withstand the heavy loaded pallet trucks and the stacked pallets
of deeply frozen fish.

Boligrip® 1250
Boligrip 1250 is based on solvent free, branched polyols, aromatic polyisocyanates
and kiln-dried mineral fillers. This strong, rigidly-elastic, seamless wearing course
is especially applied in situations where in addition to the excellent wear- and skid
resistance and outdoor durability, mechanical strength is also required. Boligrip
1250 is especially used on entrance and exit ramps.

Bolidt® Coating PU/NF

Bolidt Coating PU/NF is a strong and wear-resistant deck finish, mainly applied in
situations where, besides wear, tear and anti-slip properties, strict demands are
set for mechanical strength. Used in areas, such as: ship decks, offshore working
decks, (un)loading platforms, bridge decks and viaducts.
