Respected Sir,

I, Subedar Hazarath Vali s/o Shaik Kalisha, having received an email from
you on ____________ with regard to aforementioned subject matter, beg to submit
a few lines for your consideration.

I submit that have applied for visa with the High Commission of Canada to
visit your esteemed country in order to attend a business conference namely “The
Building Show”, the visit was intended for the purpose of expanding my business
and give global exposure to my enterprise by exploring various possibilities
available through the conference.

It is to submit that I have filed an application for Visa with your

Commission by fulfilling all the prescribed formalities as required under the
provisions of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act while answering
truthfully to all the questions put to me by your officers.
 It would not be out of place to mention that I am an entrepreneur in my
country having my own proprietor concern namely Green Industries, the
particulars of which I have annexed to this letter as part of my explanation, and I
have also referenced it in my visa application. On this note, I have to mention that I
am also a partner in an enterprise named N.R. Exports, through which I am into
operations of mining and export. Apart from these I am also involved in real-estate
business, dealing with property sale and purchases; I have annexed to this letter the
particulars of the properties I own currently. In relation to this, I have annexed the
letter addressed by my banker which discloses my financial term deposits. It is to
submit that along with the visa application I have submitted my income tax returns
for the year _______, which hold much relevance to this explanation.

Sir, I submit to you that due to heavy work constraints and unavoidable
circumstances I could not make it to the aforementioned business conference
which was held from 29th November, 2017 to 01st December, 2017, however I
intended to attend another event named “Ethics in the City Series,” scheduled on
scheduled 21st March 2018, organised by Centre for Ethics, University of Toronto
and an event managed by Eventbrite agency. I was desirous to attend the said event
out of my interests in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management, with a
hope that this event would shed light upon various aspects relating to behavioural
dynamics involved in the field of Industrial Engineering, I chose to take part in the
event and accordingly I have enrolled with the event managers.

It is in view of this event I intended to travel to your esteemed country, I

submit and reassure you that the sole purpose of my visit was purely in lieu of
exploring new business opportunities as I have truthfully mentioned in the
application submitted to you.
 In light of the facts and circumstances aforementioned, I humbly request you
to consider my genuine volition in visiting your country, I urge to you regularise
my visa by cancelling the revocation thereby permitting me to visit your Country.
