Teacher presents a principalship scenario and asks if the scenario requires leadership or management. The teacher receives a few
responses and states the topic and objectives of the session.
Learning Objectives
The teacher distributes a KWL sheet for students to record what they ‘Know’ and ‘Want to know’ about -
leadership theories. They share with class while teacher assess what is known about the topic.

Learners are asked to study given school scenarios, describing how they would address them, applying knowledge of leadership
theories, approaches and recognizing their associated attributes and values.
Summary
The teacher states what was done in the lesson and asks learners to record what they’ve learnt to complete their KWL sheets.
Learners compare what they have learnt to what they thought they knew and what they wanted to learn.
