 Introduction

My topic of my final production is about the my work, Talk about your work, what

you do exactly, how you organize your work schedule and if you feel yourself

satisfied about it.

I work in a company called Clean Somoa industrial; I am in charge of the customer

service, which is responsible for giving a good customer service.

Later I will be giving you more details about my job, because that is what the final

work is about
Topics of the final production

studying together along this bimester.

1- Describe the different parts of your body, how you keep it healthy, nutrition and
you favorite activities to keep it so.
2. Talk about your work, what you do exactly, how you organize your work
schedule and if you feel yourself satisfied about it.

I work in a company called Samoa Industrial is a company of cleaning products.

For one year I work in this company, my position is customer service.
Clean Somoa Industrial, is a small company of cleaning products. Founded in 1998
by Mrs. Monica Severino, since then this company has come to the market
although not very recognized has a large number of orders by different companies
and towns in this country.
This company has a small staff of employees; there are only six employees with
different disbursements in the company.

I am in charge of providing a good service to customers who call for information or
if they want to place an order I am the person in charge
Customer service is the support you offer your customers both before and after
they buy product that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience. It’s more
than just providing answers; it’s an important part of the promise the to its
customers. And it’s a critical to the success of the business. The most important
thing in my job is that I have to provide a good service to clients.
My obligation where I work is to comply with the rules of the company, providing
the service to customers who are looking for information on the products that we
sell in the company, I am also in charge of taking orders from other companies to
make it arrive with delivery.
I am responsible for each customer having the attention they deserve and that
each order arrives on time, working as a customer service is a great responsibility.
My work schedule is from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. In my work I organize myself
depending on the days because the Mondays and Fridays are the days where the
clients make more orders and I have to organize so that the day measures of
organizing everything that I have to do and before leaving I always have to square
to see how much is sold per day.
In order to organize my time I have an agenda in which I organized my tasks that I
have to do at work.
Mondays are the days that the companies make more orders, that day is that I take
the order to be delivered on Wednesday and Tuesday on Tuesday are the delivery
of orders from Santiago, as they are from different villages.
Thursdays and Fridays are the days of planning and cash box of the week.
When I enter at 7:30 a.m the first thing I do is organize where I work and put
everything in order. At 8:00 am they start calling customers, and taking orders, at
11:30 a.m I'm organizing everything for 12:30 to eat, at 1:00 p.m I go to the store to
go Preparing the delivery orders, at 2:00 p.m I make the invoices and sign for the
order to be delivered, at 4:30 p.m I go square and leaving everything in order for
the next day to follow the routine.
I feel satisfied with my work but the only thing I do not like is how much I earn, in
the future I would like to get something better than the work I do.
Since at work I am I have to do several different functions. That's why I would like
to get a different job, in a company where I can grow.

In conclusion
I like my job but I would like to have a job related to my career, to acquire
knowledge related to my psychology career
