On a continuous basis health inspectors will check the business for cleanliness, bugs, rodents,
hygiene and food safety such as proper refrigeration and handling. We will obtain all the required
certifications and licenses prior to opening, and they will maintain them on an ongoing basis. Our
business needs heavy duty machinery such as large mixers, small mixers automatic dough roller.
Kitchen utensils ,Microwave oven, Refrigerator compartments, cake pans and cake decorating
tools. We also need flower bouquet wrappers, ribbons and stem cutters to make flower bouquets.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
This business is owned by 5 young women. They are the employees as well. This management
team consists of President/Manager, Head Baker, Assistant Baker, Head Florist, and delivery
person. The founder Mogana Sri has extensive experience in baking and has been supplying a large
customer base from her home for the last 4 years. She will be assisted in Managing the bakery as
a retail entity by partner, Thivyapriya. Rubini joined as the assistant baker after investing in it. As
head florist, Tharrani will be managing the flower bouquets arrangement and proceeds duty as
front end staff member who is in charge of selling goods, taking orders, answering the phone, and
taking care overall customer satisfaction. Jamilin does duty as delivery person. Everyone will do
the delivery service in this team.
