Sara wrote clear lesson plans which she followed carefully ensuring she met her learning objectives. She reflected on her lessons and discussed improvements and changes she could make in her lesson planning, Each lesson she demonstrated improvement by postively responding to feedback taking on board suggestions to improve and refine her teaching practice, Sara strived to build rapport with students in her short time inthe class endeavouring to learn student's names. Throughout the duration of her time in the dassroom Sara developed some low key responses to manage behaviour and engaged in some professional reading to better understand these strategies. Whilst teaching, she uses her voice leary to give instructions and has a lovely manner wien speaking to students, she is developing her kis when giving clear instructions and ensuring that she has 100% student attention before beginning a lesson or instruction, Sara isto be commended on her high level of professionalism and the professional [conversations she had wit staff throughout the school ‘Actioned by Canning, Harriet on 29/03/2018 32736 PM.
