“I helped to create a monster-candidacy; I should have been concerned for what I wished before I got it.”

This is the first of an undetermined number of e-mail follow-up assessments of the GOP-Primary in CD-1,
remitted after having summarized the “History” [subjective], the “Physical” [objective], the “Assessment”
and the “Plan.” [These four backgrounders have been uploaded onto the Internet via Scribd.] Repetition
will continue to be minimal, with the goal remaining to continue providing all available documentation as
to what occurred…to formulate a cogent plan. Curiously, although two people have requested deletion
from lists that were derived from people who were disappointed with Brother Brian, one of them had
been deleted from only one list…had requested deletion from the other one…had changed his mind…and
is now meeting with this political-junkie for pizza on Wednesday, anticipating an in-depth debate.

This individual probed the nooks/crannies of what had been typed and resolutely posited the following:
“Oh Robert. I would love to debate you publicly. Why can you not explain in four sentences or less, why
you were so gung ho for a campaign and all of a sudden, you aren’t? I am willing to hear you out, and I
will believe you, but give me a reason. What’s the reason and why? And please, with[out] liberal elite
standard attacks?” He requested the SOAP-template be employed, and was reflexly provided this:

S: I am agnostic

O: I have a unique revelatory experience to have shared

A: I am rejecting discussion of policy details because Dean has flipped to no longer

being pro-Trump

P: [the rest is commentary]

Forwarded to him were excerpts from what had been generated prior to the petition-drive but, other than
citing my [rejected] advice to focus upon MontCo, no “strategy”-type points have been shared. This is
all-the-more-disappointing, noting the 37-3 endorsement now enjoyed in MontCo by Brother Brian for,
undoubtedly, a focus on this crucial vote should/would have generated (at the very least) a closer tally.
Calling and/or meeting with a few dozen GOP-leaders (who merited such attention, even if Joe Gale might
have advised otherwise) was the responsibility of the no-longer-humble Candidate. This failure must have
disappointed leadership/supporters, who have labored tirelessly for the newly-haughty Candidate; thus,
recall that this historic opportunity in Pennsylvania and in Bucks County is now seemingly squandered.

Candidly, this ex-Treasurer had been disappointed that the petition-orientation session had attracted
fewer people than had the initial event (both @ the Doylestown Library); the job got done, but this was
an opportunity to recruit people who would then convert into door-to-door “salespeople.”

Already discussed in-depth is what might constitute a thrust/parry regarding myriad deviations from the
expected-norm, c/o the Incumbent; what remains reassuring is his support for The Donald when he was
needed the most, compared/contrasted with the galling abandonment of Trumpism that was trumpeted
by the Candidate. The Omnibus Bill is already delivering dividends globally, even as the MAGA-effort just
shifted to undermining the [illegal] Chinese economic explosion while re-igniting American manufacture.

Also worth emphasizing is the conscious decision to “test” these issue-oriented concerns during the
monthly Tea Party Patriots meeting, for this remains the heartbeat of TRUE reform of the GOP [devoid of
the social issues that are divisive both internally/externally]; granted, tremendous concern was voiced
regarding the budget-busting AND the black-letter statutory definition of a security-barrier, but these have
been “trumped” by the gnawing need to militarize [for a few months, at least] and to probe how $$$
might be redirected toward urgent construction [freeing-up the National Guard units from three states].

In any case, illustrative of the fact that the Candidate has read these memos is this response thereto
[https://www.scribd.com/document/375770380/Scan-Doc0001]; that his input was requested without
any [c]overt effort to seek representation serves to moot the title/content thereof. He had focused upon
procedural issues [which he had been told had been “covered”] whereby the repeated request was for his
constitution-based insights [based upon knowledge of PA statues] as to how violating fundamental
freedom-of-speech rules—as enacted locally—could not be enforced by the judicial system. Perhaps the
inescapable conclusion is that it’s impossible to obtain blood from a stone, eh?

Now that this response was received, it’s clear he’ll perpetuate his broken-promise to provide said “input”
[which is tacitly acknowledged therein] and, thus, efforts will be initiated to acquire critique elsewhere.
Juxtaposing his reticence to provide utile feedback in this realm with his [failed] effort to silence the suit
that dumped his [silent] pal, Joe Gale, it seems that his rule-of-law bona-fides have become denuded. And
superimposing his having nixed a meeting among himself, his Campaign Manager, and his soon-to-be
ex-Treasurer, it appears that he felt his declarations should serve as the final/unchallengeable “Word.”

Recalled again are the Candidate’s key-errors that remain remediable:

—Apologize for trying to control behavior that would violate the Gale/Malik Pact.

—Acknowledge the sudden cessation of communications reflected "over-reach."

—Restore the ex-Treasurer to myriad supposedly-open Facebook-sites ASAP.

—Remit $100 to "make me whole" [seed-$ = $2500, not $2400], per Dr. Duome.

—Provide promised-input [three months remote] regarding freedom-of-speech.

Anyone who wishes to attend the Wednesday pizza-party is invited to express that desire and, if OK’ed
[by the other party, for I’ll not harbor any objection], will yield an invite to the locale/time/participants.

The “Plan” is unchanged; indeed, as these memos can be shortened without content-loss, the contrast
between the public/private [and “before/after”] Candidate continues to shock the conscience. Again, it is
emphasized that the ex-Treasurer does not regret what was accomplished, even if the Candidate may.

THIS PRÉCIS WILL BE DISSEMINATED, RESULTS WILL BE ASSESSED, AND FEEDBACK WILL BE PROVIDED.
