URBAN SPRAWL HAS RESULTED IN IMMENSE OVER POPULATION BUT THIS STRNEGTH IN NUMBER IS THE TICKETWAY OF THE PUBLIC TO AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT. AN AGREEMENT IS FORMED TO MAINTAIN ORDER. THE AGREEMENT IS BROKEN BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT GOES BACK TO ITS REPRIMANDING SELF. THE PUBLIC LOSE IT. THEY DESTROY EVERY THING IN
THEIR PATH. RAGE OF THE MASSES ADDS TO THE RAGE OF THE GOVERNMENT. COMBINED THEY ARE ONE MONSTER THAT DESTROY EVERY LIVING TRACE OF ARCHITECTURE IN ISLAMABAD AND RAZE IT TO THE GROUND.

SCENARIO BUILDING

ALL THATS LEFT IS RUINS IN ISLAMABAD. A GIANT ROBOT IS BUILT bY THE MASSES. THIS ROBOT CARRIES
WHATS LEFT OF ISLAMABAD, AND SO THE CITY THRIVES IN HIS ARMS. TWO TYPOLOGIES OF BUILDINGS ARISE ON
EACH ARM. THE ROBOT TRUDGES AROUND IN THE BARREN WASTELAND - ISLAMABAD.

Manifesto
Design Concept
The aim of the project was to initiate a debate on world view and ideologies. The
program of the project was to design a museum. I began my debate with arguing
that every reality is a fantasy. Reality has roots in social norms, when these social
norms gain power they form a system, when this system faces resistance it gives
birth to a different fantasy. Society sees this fantasy as an escape, and the system
sees this as an absurdity. Then looking at architecture in this equation, and the
society of Islamabad and its history I came to deduce that IDENTITY of islamabad
is all that Islamabad is concerned with. Coming to program, mesuem meant the
exhibition of something. My ideation stemmed from playing on the idea of mak-
ing an exhibition(mesueum) of an exhibition( indentity and islamabad) with an
exhibition( Islamabad). Doing so meant placing an icon of identity, i.e: The pakistan
monument and proposing an anti-sculptural display based on geometries.
