To carry on all or any of the business of manufacturers, producers, processors,

packers, exporters, buyers, sellers, merchants and dealers in all kinds of
bamboo, bamboo products, by products or ingredients thereof including deal in
grass, timber, wood, straw, cotton, jute, flax, hemp, sugarcane, rags, waste
paper, gunnies, jute sticks or other fibres, fibrous substances or other things as
may furnish materials or as may be proper or necessary in connection with the
above objects or any of them.

2. To carry on the business as manufacturers, producers, marketing of bamboo

wooden plank for incense sticks (agarbattis) and manufacturing of incense
sticks (agarbattis).
