Abstract. Internship program called PKL applied to vocational secondary and vocational high education are an effort to
cultivate experience, visual stimulation, affective awareness, cognitive information excavation, and the development of
psychomotor skills of learners. The purpose of this study is to know the descriptive comparisons of how the contribution
of self regulated learning, and learning facilities to the achievement of skills competence and PKL performance between
vocational secondary and vocational high education. The results of the study indicate that: (1) self regulated learning and
learning facilities can contribute to skill competency achievement, and (2) self regulated learning, learning facilities, and
skill competency achievement can contribute significantly to the performance of PKL. Based on these results, the
achievement of competency study still gives the biggest contribution to the performance of PKL, while on the vocational
high education side the level of student) self-regulated learning contributes more to the performance of PKL than students
of SMK.
