How to prepare 2% RBC suspension?
I would like to prepare 2% solution of RBC from whole blood for
hemagglutination/lectin assay. Can anybody help me with a detail protocol
(blood collection, preservation with anticoagulant, centrifuge speed & time,
concentration, buffer, washing etc.)? Thanks in advance!
