POETRY CONTEST

The Rommelt Reporter newspaper held a poetry contest. Fifth

and sixth grade students at Rommelt Middle School had a
chance to enter their best poem(s). The committed newspaper
club members read all entries and decided on a winning poem,
which was the best in their opinion. Congratulations to Jenna
Gardner! Enjoy her creation.

Stronger

Don’t cover up the pain.

It makes things worse.
Don’t care what they think.
It won’t last much longer.
These things make us human,
And can only make us stronger.
