 Concept

There are many packaged products available in market, but we dont

find packaged coconut water. Almost all the cold-drinks are not
useful for health. Most people look forward to coconut water to
quench their thirst. Coconut water contain adequate nutrients.
Coconut is available only in coastal areas. You dont find coconut in
northern places easily. Further, it is also a complicated process to cut
it. Being a very bulky item, there is a comparatively higher transport
expenses as part of its variable cost. Inspite of huge production of
coconut, we are not able to use them because they cant be
transported easily. We need to start marketing of coconut water to
promote this product.

It will be packed in : 200 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml

and 5000 ml
it will be useful for children, kids, babies, old
age persons, sick persons and for all those who
are health conscious

 Marketing

TV advertisements, health awareness

publications and programmes, and promotions
on tourist sites including religious sites will
enable us to launch this product.

 Operational plan

Coconut water will be collected by setting up a

small workstation in Karnataka (where coconut
is grown in bulk). This water will be stored in
proper water tankers, which will transport is to
northern India, where they will be packed in
small packages and in containers. Some natural
Preservatives will be added to the coconut
water

Our rates are :

200 ml : 20 Rupees
500 ml : 35 Rupees
1000 ml : 60 rupees
5000 ml : 250 Rupees
(similar rates in export market)

 Why???

It is going to be an eco-friendly product.

Packaging will be done in environment
friendly material. We are going to promote a
good product in the society. This product will
help the people in avoiding un-healthy cold-
drinks. Health conscious people will easily
adopt this product.

 HR plan

We will require people for collection,

packaging, marketing, and office
administration. Most of the work will be
secured through contracts, thus we will require
only a few staff on roll.

We will export coconut water to those

countries which dont have coconut.
