PHYSICAL COUNCELING-CUM ADMISSION NOTICE
Admission against vacant/leftover seats in B.Tech./B.Arch./LEET/MBA
Applications, on prescribed format, from eligible candidates are invited for filling up of vacant/left over seats
for admission to various B.Tech courses (CSE/ECE/ME/CH/EE/BM/BT/CIVIL) and B.Arch./LEET/MBA.
Application form can be downloaded from University website www.dcrustm.org. The candidates are required
to submit duly filled application form to D.R. Academic, DCURST, Murthal, along with processing fee of Rs.
500/- in the form of Demand Draft (DD) only (Non refundable) in favour of Registrar, DCRUST, Murthal by
5.00 PM on 11th September 2010.
1. The seats created due to up gradation by DCRUST students (who may also be applicants in Physical
Counseling) shall be updated simultaneously as soon as these are created.
2. The eligibility criteria for admission shall be as per HSCS norms. The allotted category against these seats
shall be AIC/ HOGC only with no category reservation.
3. Date of display of merit list on university website: 15th September 2010.
4. The Date for counseling & reporting for B.Arch./LEET/MBA: 16th September 2010.
5. The date for counseling & reporting for B.Tech. Courses for AIEEE rank up to 35000: 17th September 2010.
6. The date for counseling & reporting for B.Tech. Courses for all other candidates: 18th September 2010.
7. The candidates must report at Seminar Hall, Vikram Sarabhai Block of University with all original
certificate and 3 sets of photocopies of all documents as per the HSCS prospectus along with DD of Rs. 36350/-
for B.Tech./B.Arch./LEET & Rs. 37350/- for MBA course, for counseling and admission strictly within 9.00AM
to 10.00 AM on the prescribed date. (NOTE: Reporting after scheduled time shall not be allowed for counseling.)
8. Applications from DCRUST students need not to bring the admission fee and any document other than
