(Method to reflect the experience as a nurse in Indonesia to the amount of salary, etc.)
• Our hospital has a full-time Chief Nurse who is in charge of training
• Our hospital has several nursing practice instructors, accepting many nursing
students from nursing schools. We can educate nursing duties from the basics.
• We have an exchange program with a neighboring elementary school as part of the
candidate’s Japanese education.

Other Descriptions

Our hospital is located east of Kumamoto City, where the world-famous active volcano,
Mt. Aso, lies. Our hospital is known as the “hospital that is kind to people and the
town,” providing medical care that is trusted by the community residents. Our hospital
provides mixed-care, having a regular ward as well as a long-term medical care ward.
There are 3 private hospitals that have over 350 beds. One of them is our hospital, and
the other is S Hospital founded by the same medical corporation. Our hospital also has
a rehabilitation school within the premise. Our regular ward focuses on patients in the
sub-acute period, cooperating with neighboring hospitals and clinics, including K
Hospital. We also emphasize comprehensive rehabilitation care. We have a well-
Comments prepared educational system, staffed with a full-time Chief Nurse who is in charge of
education. We believe we can offer a good environment to accept overseas nursing
trainees. We hope to educate nursing leaders who can work in an international setting
in a various fields in the future, using practical experience acquired at our hospital.
