* 10% assembly operators always kept under training who will be used in the assembly area
* Contractor has hired a house near the plant where he will always have 5 persons extra to support us in emergency situation

* If situation is abnormal purchase/quality/Sales department of Kasai India to speak to the concerned personnel of supplier Supplier Devlivery

* Lift the tool from that supplier & give it to another approved source.

* Send Kasai India employee to supplier end analyse, support and put things in place.

* Company and employees owned vehicles are used to bring employees to the office. Agreement with Transport

* In the complete failure of Air Compressor, it is hired through some external agencies.

* HRM will take utmost care to build healthy & harmonious relations to avoid such unpleasant event. Incase such situation
arises; the same will be solved urgently by mutual discussion with associates & Top Management. MOM
* Necessary help can be obtained from Government Officials if required. Loabour Office report

* Contract has been signed with Human Resource consultants (as mentioned below) for sourcing the required manpower in

* HRM - Shall arrange the required Boarding, conveyance, food and other required facilities for the persons who are staying in
