 From the table and graph can said that our company sales on current month January
is Rm61000. And our forecast for coming month February is Rm 50000 its means the sales
less Rm 10000 from the January’s sales its because January is school opening time so there
more students will come to purchase their needed for school but on February there will be
less purchases compare to January. Then on March our company target the sales will
increase Rm5000 from February because the collage and university student will come
purchase their need by using the BR1M book voucher. Although on April our store target is
more than other month which is Rm63000. Its because our company hope the new college
student and university student will come purchase items for their needs to face the
universities life.

Then the expenses for the our on January is Rm13770. And our target for the
February is 13000 which is less Rm770 its because our store plan to reduce the overtime of
the staff because of the sales is decreases. Then on March our company target the cost will
be Rm18000 which is high from January and February its because our store target the sales
will increase and the overtime and the usage of the utilities will increase. Laslty on April we
target the total expanses will be less from march which Rm15000. Its will happen by reduce
the the overtime of the staff.

Then capital for the first month is RM60000 and for the second month, February is
Rm 57930 which is less than first month its because on the first month we had made some
draiwng from the capital for the personal used. Then on March the capital increase to
Rm60000, because the drawing have been added back in capital. Then on April the capital
will decrease Rm59000 maybe there will be happen some draiwngs.
