Troubleshooting Errors – Log Files
• APP-08820: The rollup group 'Name' is not defined in the value set: Account
– Cause: There are parent segment values in the Rollup Group with no child range
defined
– Action: Navigate to Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key > Values > verify all parents
under the indicated Rollup Group, assign missing child values
• ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
– Cause: Interim tables missing - GL_SUMMARY_INTERIM_XXX
– Action: Create missing database object using xdf - GL_TOP/patch/115/xdf

Troubleshooting Creation Of Summary Templates
• Template stuck in Adding or Pending status
– Cause: Due to performance issues the program was terminated
– Action: Delete the template and recreate it
• Useful query to check for duplicate data (requires data fix from Support):
SELECT LEDGER_ID, CODE_COMBINATION_ID, CURRENCY_CODE,
CURRENCY_TYPE, ACTUAL_FLAG, PERIOD_NAME, CONVERTED_FROM_CURRENCY

• Run RGOPTM GL Optimizer (Concurrent request : Program - Optimizer) with
parameters:
– Gather Statistics: Yes

• Run Gather Schema Statistics concurrent for APPS and GL schemas at 10%
