Intro To Ag: Arc Skill Boards

Differentiation: Within this class we have some extremely talented welders and others who
struggle extremely hard to understand the concept of ARC welding. With the students who
are excelling in ARC welding I will challenge them by moving onto Gas welding with Oxy-
Acetylene. The Gas welding will be challenging for the students who are excelling in ARC
welding because of the different angle and the different pressure types the gas have to be
on. This challenges the mental and physical ability of the student. For those struggling with
ARC welding I will help them by guiding their hand through the welds until they are able to
understand what needs to be done to complete that weld. There is a student that struggles
with motor skills so this student will need more one on one help from the teacher than
others will.
