Please be advised that we have lost some services on the upstream link in South

Africa. Internet Services have been migrated to the secondary link and due to

capacity on that link you will experience service degradation while the works progress.

We’ll share the latest update once we hear from the team on the ground.

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that, restoration works will be resuming at 09:00hrs. After


resolving the initial fault the team identified another fault affecting the remaining
ports. Further investigations will be carried in an effort to establish the point of
failure and resolve the problem. ETR is not available yet.
We regret the inconvenience the outage has continued to cause you.

Rhodespark
Please be advised that due to the high number for ports that are down in the

Sunningdale area, resources have been dedicated to restore Sunningdale there

after works will resume for Rhodespark. Note that of the three ports that were

down, one was restored yesterday with 2 left and more troubleshooting is

required to identify the other point of failure. We will share more updates once

restoration works resume. We sincerely apologize for the delayed restoration and

consequently the inconvenience this has caused.

We had a major network outage to ZW (and by extension to ZM)

yesterday which caused all the orders stuck for provisioning. Dipak is re-

processing them.

I will get back to you once all the orders are activated
