The turnover rate of employees is an element that affects most organizations; most

employees may decide to change their working positions or shift to other organizations due to

dissatisfaction. In other words, employees’ turnover rate is considerable with their attitudes and

behaviors which must be at the center of each organizational management.

Munir & Rahman (2016), were concerned with identifying the validity, reliability and the

normality of item measurement in analyzing some elements of job satisfaction. The results of the

study are much relevant to some organizations as they provide them with precise and valid factors

which are known to influencing the job satisfaction among employees. The organizations will be

able to use these factors to improve them to enhance the employees’ job satisfaction and hence

increasing employees’ motivation.

nursing turnover such as limited career opportunities; lack of employee recognition; poor

employee support; and the negative staff attitudes. Kelly & MacDonald (2016) were determining

the factor analysis using the principal element with varimax, and then four factors such as the

benefit, managerial support, co-workers’ support as well as the work condition with the backing

towards career development were identified.
