between Metanoia tutors, supervisors and
placement co-ordinators who work together
as a team to enable students to get the
most benefit from the training and
professional development structures.

participants with an experience of our
‘house style’ and philosophy of teaching
and learning. It is also a part of the
assessment process – we assess
participants and also ask participants to
assess themselves against our criteria.
