USMC Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron HMLA-367 - Camp Pendleton, CA
Served as sole database/system administrator/data analyst for Sybase, Oracle and MS SQL running on various
operating systems. Performed duties on data entry equipment, and supervised the maintenance administration
functions within the unit. Required to install, configure, operate, monitor and maintain Naval Aviation Logistics
Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) hardware, servers, applications, and its associated
networked peripheral subsystems. Analyzed control charts and program maintenance and man-hour statistical
information to aid the maintenance managers and logisticians in the performance of their assigned tasks. Designed,
documented and executed maintenance procedures, including system and security upgrades, patch management and
system backups. Responsible for adding, maintaining and deleting user accounts and for creating, maintaining and
deleting security groups. Maintained aircraft log books, naval aircraft maintenance publications/files, and prepared
reports, logs records, directives, and correspondence in an aircraft maintenance and repair activity.

inspections. Tracked and ensured all aircraft, engine and component technical directives are accurately annotated
on appropriate records. Verified compliance of all active technical directives on all aircraft, engines, and structural
components. Managed the Squadron's non-technical publication library and ensured all publication changes are
incorporated in a timely manner. Prepared and published the maintenance department's Monthly Maintenance
Plan.

Aviation Maintenance Administration Clerk

USMC VMA-211, VMA-214 & HMX-1 - Various, Cities and States
Performed the duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Administration clerk by properly making logbook entries,
annotating flight time and calculating component service life for the aircraft assigned to VMA-211, VMA-214 and the
Presidential Helicopter Squadron HMX-1. Maintained accurate inventory of installed aircraft components and engines
within the aircraft logbooks and the Naval Aviation Logistics Command Information System (NALCOMIS). Prepared
and provided screening on all engine and component transaction reports, aircraft inventory x-ray reports and all naval
messages for timely submission. Ensured all aircraft and component technical directives are accurately annotated in
the aircraft logbooks and component history cards. Managed the squadron's non-technical publication library and
ensure all publication changes are incorporated in a timely manner. Prepare and publish the maintenance
department's Monthly Maintenance Plan. Provided training to junior Marines assigned to the Maintenance
Administration work center.
