While the former Corfu Village appeared to be low rise from the perspective of General Luna
and Leonard Wood Roads, it was really a multi-storey building extending mostly downwards
instead of skyward. For this reason there were originally extensive excavations downwards to

construct Corfu Village, but is planned and implemented strictly in compliance with the
o v Building Code, the latest City Ordinance on building heights (Ordinance 63, series of 2016)

Development Permits and other permits have been secured or, in case of amendments, will be
secured. Copies of the building and development permits are hereto attached. Additionally,
