Code Response
No Credit Bank has declined the transaction as the Credit Card number used is not a credit
39 Account account.

Function Not Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as it does not allow this type of
40 Supported transaction.
Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the card has been reported
41 Lost Card lost.

No Universal Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the account type selected is
42 Account not valid for this credit card number.
Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the card has been reported
43 Stolen Card stolen.

No Investment Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the account type selected is
44 Account not valid for this credit card number.

Insufficient Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the credit card does not have
51 Funds sufficient funds.

No Cheque Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the credit card number is
52 Account associated to a cheque account that does not exist.

No Savings Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the credit card number is
53 Account associated to a savings account that does not exist.
Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the credit card appears to have
54 Expired Card expired. The customer should check the expiry date entered and try again.
Bank (Card Issuer) has declined the transaction as the customer has entered an
55 Incorrect PIN incorrect PIN. The customer should re-enter their PIN.
No Card Bank has declined the transaction as the credit card number does not exist.

Security Bank has declined the transaction. The customer should use an alternate credit
63 Violation card and contact their card issuer if the problem persists.
Original The customer’s card issuer has declined the transaction due to the amount

customer should use an alternate credit card.
Cutoff In The customer’s card issuer is temporarily not able to process this customer’s credit
90 Progress card. The customer should attempt to process this transaction again.

Card Issuer The customer’s card issuer is unable to be contacted to authorise the transaction.
91 Unavailable The customer should attempt to process this transaction again.
Unable To The customer’s card issuer cannot be found for routing. This response code is
