GENTLEMEN,
It has been observed that the sub-contractor is decrees the manpower at site today. When question to him
he replied the problem of invoice is pending with Al-gihaz so we don’t have the labor payment that is the
reason. Shuttering & rebar for ground floor slab & foundation of transformers is in progress the work is
delay at site due to the decrees of manpower.
It is directed to arrange the manpower immediately and solve the problem to expedite the work on site.

time schedule at site and approved Mix design for concrete to expedite the work at site without any delay
to the project.

approved Drawings and Mix design for concrete to expedite the work at site without any delay to the
project.
