 Ground Isolation

Both of the source and one side of amplifier input are grounded. This ways taken in order to
reduce the noise. However, with it applied, the noise are still exist because of the different type of
ground that put into the circuit.

The noise voltage can still be appears between the two ground connections and is equal to:

From the above equation, we knew that for every little amount of noise would be coupled
by the amplifier and later could bigger the noise. To isolated the source from the ground and reduce
noise, the circuit can be added by putting a large impedance so that it won’t create a bigger noise.

By putting the finite impedance to the circuit (Zsg), the noise can be reduced (until microvolt
order).
