Create a Ted-Talk Project

A new perspective. A solution. A new invention. A new argument.

Assignment: The talk must be based around an approved idea, which must be either a
new idea or invention or a new argument or way of approaching an old idea. This is
different than discussing an old or exhausted idea (bullying or drugs etc).

 Offer a compelling argument that incorporates a new technology to your idea (60 points)
 Be Supported with properly CITED research (20 Points)
 Incorporate a slide show with compelling IMAGES, at least one CITED quote, and text when appropriate (10
points)
 Be delivered in an engaging, “memorized” manner (10 points)
 Be 4-5 minutes in length with each member participating (20 points)
 Individually write an abstract of your research (250 word summary) and 250 word reflection of the work
that you did to complete the project. (80 points)
