 HOT OIL IS USED TO HEAT AMINE FOR REGENERATION TO STRIP
OFF CO2. Closed loop system.
 HOT OIL HEATERS TO HEAT HOT OIL TO 358 DEG F. 4x25% cabin
type fired heaters with horizontals section.
 HOT OIL CIRCULATION PUMPS – 4x25%. Transport thermal oil.
 HOT OIL CIRCULATION RATE 2433 USGPM AT 100 PSI
 HOT OIL Storage TANK PLUS SURGE TANK. Surge Tank to collect
expanded volume during heating. Storage tank to stores during initial
charge and maintenance
 Filling and discharge pumps. Filling during start up and discharge
during maintenance.
 Hot oil filter to remove solid particle from hot oil.
 N2 BLANKET SYSTEM FOR HOT OIL SURGE TANK TO PREVENT
CONTAMINATION WITH AIR
4 DEIONISED WATER SYSTEM

DE-IONISED WATER IS USED AS MAKE-UP IN AMINE TRAINS AS SOME OF THE WATER IS


LOST DUE TO VAPORISATION IN THE AMINE REGENERATOR.
DEIONISED WATER MAKER TO PRODUCE DEIONISED WATER FROM POTABLE WATER
RO process  If the pressure solution exceeds osmotic pressure, solvent of solution will flow
oppositely toward pure solvent direction
Water maker consist of raw water tank, pump, activated filter, dosing pump and dosing tank,
cartridge filter, high pressure pump, RO membrane module, flushing tank, flushing pump,
flushing catridge filter, ultraviolet sterilizer and electric control system.

5 HP/LP FLARE SYSTEM

Consists of HP flare KO drum, 12” HP flare tip, LP flare KO drum, 8” LP flare tip, LP flare

HP FLARE DESIGNED FOR SLUG RECEVER BLOCKED OUTLET CASE.
SONIC FLARE IS SELECTED FOR HP FLARE DUE TO LOW RADIATION FOR SONIC FLARE
HP FLARE STACK HEIGHT: 100ft with 3 pilots in order to obtain optimum flame stability &
quick ignition. Continous purging to prevent backfire.
HP FLARE DIAMETER: 12”, maximum burning capacity 150 MMSCFD.
THE Vapor from VESSELS OPERATING MORE THAN 100 PSIG IS ROUTED TO HP FLARE
DUE TO LARGER BACK PRESSURE FOR SONIC FLARES.
THE Vapor from the VESSELS OPERATING LESS THAN 100 PSIG IS ROUTED TO LP
FLARE
PSV DISCHARGE FROM LOW PRESSURE VESSELS ROUTED TO LP FLARE
LP flare KO drum separate liquid particle from LP gas and LP flare liquid pumps to transfer
the liquids.
