on their individual Chromebooks, to fill out a 2-circle Venn diagram using the

fill in the circles using bullet points to complete the assignment.

populations in a biological community. Key concepts include: a) the relationships
among producers, consumers, and decomposers in food webs; b) the relationship
between predators and prey; c) competition and cooperation; d) symbiotic

In small groups, students will work together to create a detailed food web by
creating one with the online tool. One group member will create a new document
and send the link to the other members. Each group will need to illustrate at least
three three-linked food chains, two four-linked food chains, one five-linked food

For a final project, the students will be divided into small groups to create a

document or use and edit the timeline available in the Education Templates and
share the link to the other students in the group. All students in the group will

dates and names are accurate.
Positives and The Positives:
challenges of using  There is a vast variety of pre-made templates that can be edit and used.
the tool  The tool is available as an app for both iOS and Google devices.
 Work/changes are automatically saved as you work, and there is access to
revision history.
 It offers the ability to integrate from various tools such as Microsoft and Google
tools. *There is even the capability to do a Google Hangout while working on
the document.
 No advertisements!
 It allows access to search for images to use direct from the web or use built in
icons.

The Challenges:
 Chat discussions will not be saved once the chat is closed, but comments will
stay posted until resolved.
 When a document or template is chosen/opened it is automatically saved to the
account, so if you are clicking to see the template as a document and choose not
to use it you will have to manually delete it from your account. This could be
annoying and time consuming if you want to view many, like I did for this
assignment.
 There is limited amount of storage for a “free” user, but if you have an .edu
email, you get more storage, or you can choose to purchase a monthly plan.
 Payment is required to access all features; however, I believe the payment option
would be more relevant towards businesses.
