System of Play :
The Tournament will be conducted as per FIDE laws & swiss
system with 9 rounds
Times Control :
90 minutes each with an increment of 30 second per move from
the starting move
Time Break :
In case of tie the latest FIDE rules shall apply.
Accommodation :
Free accommodation will be provided to all outstation players,
subject to condition that they should confirm their entries latest
by 20.1.2018.
AICF Registration :
All participant must be registered with AICF. Those who are
already registered with AICF must show proof thereof. Those
who are not registered with AICF can get registered by paying a
fee of Rs. 250/- and fill the registration form along with passport
size photograph & copy of birth certificate.
ARCA Registration :
The participant of Rajasthan state are required to registered
themselves with ARCA by paying Rs. 200/- as registration fee
for year 2017-18, if they are not registered with ARCA.
Appeal committee :
Before the commencement of the tournament an appeal committee
will be formed from the participants in the players meeting. The
decision of appeal committee will be final & binding to all.
Protest :
Protest if any, against the decision of Chief Arbiter should be in
writing with a protest fee of Rs. 1000/- within 30 minutes of the
occurrence of the incident to the appeal committee. The protest
fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld.
Disqualification :
No player will be allowed to leave the venue before the prize
distribution function without the permission of Chief Arbiter.
Sharing of Prizes :
Prizes will not be shared. A player can get one prize of higher side.
