Individual Reflection Essay (LEONG WENG FON TP038881)

Communication skill is one of the skill that I learnt as well in this project. Communication skill
is needed for all members in the project because we have to communicate well with each other.
So that, we will not affect the process of the project. As a team member of this project, I need to
introduce the information of our project to our students. For During the health awareness week,
we have a booth to promote our project. We also have to give students the flyer to student and
introduce the information our project.. When I introduce the information our project, my team
members also help me introduce the information of our project.

Second skill I have learned during the project is experience. In this project, we have less
experience on organization the event and this is our first time to organize the event. During doing
the project, as a team member, I have learned many things when doing something in the project.
For example, I have learned about the experience about the organization event. Our supervisor
gives some comment to us for the organization purpose and so on.

Teamwork is one of the skill that I applied as well in this project. As a team member of this
project, we need to work separately with each member and helping our members when we face
some problems. For example, during the discussion in the meeting, we have give some
suggestions and ideas to each other member, so that we get a lot of ideas. During the design part
of the container, we also help each other to do the design of the container.

Second skill I have applied during the project is work efficiency. Work efficiency is important for
every team because the progress of the project will go smoothly, and it will not affect the due
date of the project. For example, all member need to do their tasks and done on time because we
have limited time in this project. We have to use less time to run the process of the project
example meeting, design, promote and so on. We done our work on time and we have less
mistake during our project.

All the things that I have learned from the above are so significant and important in my future
career because it is useful and help a lot for my future career. I think that communication skill is
most important in my future career because I have less communication skill. For example,
During the process of the process, I get many experience on communicate with the students
when I introduce our project.
