Abstract
In this paper we shall discuss about the business profile of a company that manufactures
electro mechanical products. In this paper we shall also discuss about the types of operation of
the company and talks about the business strategy as a whole. Similarly, we shall also discuss
about the supply chain management and the process design of the company which relates to the
business strategy of the company. Furthermore there is a discussion about the problem that can
arise in the supply chain management of the company from the multinational perspective and

important characteristics and value of the business and helps in identifying the areas that needs to
information to consumers regarding the product, services and status of the company (Sukhraj, R.
2017). Business profile is also known as company profile. It acts as a resume for a company and
its business. The details and the characteristics of the company are listed in the business profile
of the company which helps a company to highlight on the strength of the company and works
toward the weakness of the company. Business profile carries the value and the purpose of the
business.
Some of the points that a manufacturer company must include in their business profile are as
