DESCRIPTION
FAIRTOP is a hard wearing, factory blended ready to use
cementitious system with special fillers. FAIRTOP is a
ready to use, factory controlled, dry shake,
cementitious material containing aggregates & special
additives which offers resistance to abrasion and wear.
FAIRTOP makes a floor with non-dusty, non-slip, dense
and tough characteristics.
USES
FAIRTOP can be used in loading bays, Factories,
Warehouse, Car Park, Trucking Lanes, Workshops,
Garages, Subways, and Power Stations & Abattoirs.
Recommendation: Refurbishment over terrazzo, Quarry
or ceramic tiles. Recommended for factories, workshop,
show room, food & beverage processing areas to
withstand moderate to heavy traffic.
PACKING & COVERAGE
FAIRTOP is supplied in 25 kg. Lined HDPE Bags.
For light duty sprinkle 3 kg/m² and for heavy duty sprinkle
7 kg/m². However the optimum sprinkling rate is 5 kg/m².

Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for
warehouses and industrial floors when strength and
durability are of high priority. FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR is
available in 18 kg plastic bag. 18 kg bag will give coverage
of 1.8 kg/mm/m² at 1mm thickness.
CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR
It is a ready to use, cementitious fast setting mortar for
repairing of concrete and plaster surfaces which
requires only site addition of water to produce a mortar
consistency, non - shrink repair micro concrete.
Coverage: 1.8 kg/m² at 1mm thickness.
CEMSCREED FAIRING COAT
A single component acrylic polymer modified repair
mortar for use as a “Fairing Coat”. It can be applied to fill
in pores, blowholes and blemishes on a concrete surface.
Specially formulated to produce a shrinkage
compensating mortar with no cracking when applied in a
thin section. Attains compressive strength of 40 N/mm²
at 28 days. It produce uniform surface over repaired
area.
FAIRCURE C
Ready to use, economical concrete curing compound.
Becomes an integral part of concrete surface & assists
the curing process by preventing water evaporation &
does not form film. Reduces possibility of shrinkage
cracks. Coverage : 5-6 m² per Ltr.
FAIRSEAL P
Pourable consistency, two part polysulphide sealant,
easy to apply, excellent adhesion and weather
characteristics. Resistance to common solvents, mild
acids and alkalies. Standards : BS - 4254:1983.
FLOORSEAL PS
It is a specially formulated modified solvent free epoxy
resin, which has excellent flexibility and very good
adhesion to concrete. It has a particular advantage of
bonding firmly to damp surfaces. It has a very low
viscosity to aid application. Coverage : 2 to 3m² per 1 kg
of 15mm width and 10mm thickness.
