Description of the atomic,ionic andm o l e c u l a r s t r u c t u r e o f m a t t e r ; t h e o r e t i c a l a n d p r a c t i c a l t r e a t m e n t o f c h e m i c a l a n d
n u c l e a r reactions,property structures correlation of solids,liquids and gases. This course also deals with the classification, nomenclature, preparation
and physiological functions of hydrocarbon compounds. Laboratory procedure activities are included to provide the students with actual experiences on how to approach
problems in a scientific way.
