Madam:

Good day.

It is a great honor for me to serve as Administrative Assistant III (Senior Bookkeeper) in the District of
Mainit II. I am glad that DepEd gave me an opportunity to serve, and for that I am very much thankful.

However, I have received news from the Bureau of Internal Revenue that my appointment as
_______________ has already been approved. After careful self-reflection, I decided that I will grab the
opportunity from BIR. I believe that this decision will help me push my career growth and will be able to
serve others.

It is my understanding that my appointment as Administrative Assistant III is still on-process. Hence, I

would like to waive the said appointment and to consider my current position as vacant.

Please help me pray as I go through this new career path. DepEd will always have a special place in my
heart.
