COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to equip the graduate students with the rudiments of administration and supervision of the educational institutions in
Philippine Setting .This will define the administrative and supervision functions of school administrators/managers. This will also spell out the characteristic of
educational leaders, theories and functions.

Program Objective:
Ph.D.
1. Develop advanced managerial skills based on various philosophical thoughts
2. Strengthen research skills in education and educational management
3. Enhance positive values and personal character as educational leader
4. Deepen commitment to community development and apply it through leadership and initiative
