Greetings Mr. Donaldson!

Background
My name is Mary Glass, Chair/CEO/CVO of Milwaukee Professionals
Association LLC, based in Milwaukee, WI. We are a Public Policy firm.

Today’s call as well as yesterday’s call to Matt Fahey is our initial introduction
to MY OFFICE WORK at the Intermodal Center of Milwaukee and to set a
time-certain to meet with Collier’s staff. This would include one regional
decision-maker.

My survey of the Intermodal sites varies. At the present time, it is

primarily between 7pm – 6:15am – Monday-Sunday. My travel and
evaluation is for both Amtrak and Greyhound.

Greyhound Lines and Amtrak were selected for REVIEW for TINN – Team
Internet Net Neutrality BROADBAND Initiative for the Underserved Users
from a Midwestern regional perspective for “Intercity” and “intermodal”
transportation-technologies-employment infrastructure. It was to review not
only the achievements as the largest bus carrier for Intercity and Amtrak as
partner transportation but to look at your use of Artificial Intelligence and the
Internet of Things.
TINN – Team Internet Net Neutrality Broadband Initiative is a
BROADBAND Initiative for the southeastern region of Wisconsin - residential,
commercial and industrial stakeholders of Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee
counties. It is a 3-year case study to implement BROADBAND to all
“Underserved Users”. We know with the advent of major high-tech
manufacturers and business moving to TINN country (such as Foxconn), we
are looking at “collaborative Connectors”.

We have been observing Greyhound Chicago and Greyhound Milwaukee for

about 3 weeks now.

Since EMPLOYMENT, TRANSPORTATION and SAFETY are key points, the

three have an intricate role and we are looking at commonalities as we
continue to observe – Greyhound is but one carrier in southeastern Wisconsin.
It is important to note that Greyhound Milwaukee, Amtrak in Milwaukee and
WISDOT are also being evaluated on their Infrastructure merits for best
practices and Code of Conduct for the Fiduciary Rule and TINN.

Let me know who I can speak with about the Requested Meeting with
Colliers and the issues mentioned in this email.
