3.1 Major equipment&material 主要机具及材料

● Transportation tools 材料运输工具：
One 25t vehicle crane and steel wire lifting strap etc.
25 吨汽车吊一辆、钢丝绳吊装带等。
●劳动保护用品：
Safety insulation gloves, protection shoes, hard hap,safe belt etc. Should be
prepared ready for use.
劳保手套、
、绝缘鞋、安全帽、安全带等备齐。
3.2 Construction conditions 施工条件
●Civil foundation works for GE module installation have finished and accepted
qualified and worked out related formality.
安装 GE 模块的土建基础施工已经结束且验收合格，并办理完验收手续。
● Devices and ancillary have arrived and got qualified acceptance.
设备及附件已到货并经验收合格。

● Tools and machinery are all prepared for use and meet demand of safety operation after check.
施工用的工器具及机械准备齐全并经过检查维修满足安全施工需要。
● Method statement has been established and approved. Technical disclosure has
been conducted with confirmed signature.
施工方案编制完毕并经过审批合格并对所有施工人员进行技术交底，双方签字确认。

4 Major construction process&method 主要施工工艺和方法

4.1 Installation procedures 安装步骤

After placement of module, check cargo list and inspect for complete and damage.
And then measure auxiliary dimension for matching with reserved location on the
top, and then use 25t vehicle crane to lift auxiliary in position and align for
correctness and fasten the bolts to fix components. Prior to installation, check
the amount of tools; after finishing, inspect for complete and clean waste.(set
up platform and install auxiliary around module as mentioned above as per
manufacture drawing, if any doubt, contact the representative and follow the
instructions.)
模块吊装到位后，----清点到货清单，检查附件是否齐全，检查附件有无损伤----检查无
误后，测量附件尺寸，是否与顶部预留位置相符合----确认无误后利用 25t 汽车吊将顶部
附件吊装到位，进行调整找正，确认尺寸无误后，拧紧螺栓固定部件。安装前清点工器具
数目，安装完毕后校对工器具数目是否有遗漏，并清理现场垃圾。（搭建走台，9 安装模块
周围附件同上，安装时根据厂家图的示意安装，如有疑惑，请与厂代沟通，在厂代指导下
进行安装）
4.2 Installation procedure 安装方法
●Follow the drawing for installation. Remove cover plate on the top and then
measure dimension to ensure conformance with auxiliary; paste sealant and then lift
auxiliary in place and align and fasten bolts tightly and check seal. (set up
platform and install auxiliary around module as mentioned above as per manufacture
drawing, if any doubt, contact the representative and follow the instructions.)
根据厂家图的示意安装，将模块顶部盖板拆除，测量尺寸是否与附件相符，确认无误后并
粘贴密封胶，而后将附件吊装就位，进行找正，确认尺寸无误，拧紧螺栓并检查密封是否
良好。（搭建走台，9 安装模块周围附件同上，安装时根据厂家图的示意安装，如有疑惑，
请与厂代沟通，在厂代指导下进行安装）
● After completion of installation for all auxiliary, repaint the abrasion ones.
所有附件安装完毕后，需对有磨损的部位进行补漆处理。
●Check dismantled parts for complete and intact as per installation drawing and
packing list.
按厂家安装图以及装箱单校对拆卸运输件是否齐全，有无损伤。

4.3 Inspection and preparation before installation 安装前的检查及准备

As per technical documentation and material, know-how of component structure and

operation principle of GE module and installation requirement from instruction
should be mastered for formulation of installation process, method statement and
safety measures. Clean all auxiliary to ensure internal cleanliness. No dust and
waste are allowed seen on GE module.
按照出厂技术资料、技术文件，了解变 GE 模块及组件结构和工作原理掌握安装使用说明书
的安装要求，制定安装程序、施工方案和安全措施。应严格清洁所有附件，保证其内部清
洁，不允许带有灰尘、污物的附件安装在 GE 模块上。
● Prepare lifting device, tools and safety equipment.
准备好起吊装置、工具以及安全用品等。
● All auxiliary should be installed as per drawing. If any doubt, contact
representative.
所有附件安装请根据图纸安装，安装时如有疑惑请与厂代沟通，确认无误后方可安装。

5 Quality requirements 施工质量要求

5.1Device parts and individual tools should be complete with no rust and damage.
设备的零件及专用工器具应齐全,无锈蚀和损伤变形。
5.2 Assembly of auxiliary should follow sequence. For auxiliary without number,
follow the representative’s direction.
附件应按照编号顺序组装,严禁混装，无编号的附件请在厂代指导下安装。
5.3 Installation of GE module and auxiliary should follow the design and instruction,
if any doubt, contact the representative before installation.
GE 模块及附件安装符合设计及厂家说明书的要求，安装时如有疑惑请与厂代沟通，确认无
误后方可安装。

6 Safety and environment requirement 安全及环境要求

6.1 Safety requirement 安全要求：

●Construction workers including special profession entered into site must do

physical check and hold valid documentation and receive safety induction with exam.
进入现场的施工人员及特种作业人员必须体检合格并持有效证件上岗，全部经过本工程安
全文明施工规定与要求的专项培训，考试合格，体检合格。

●Equipment and materials stack in good order and liable places.

设备、材料堆放整齐、有序，安全可靠。
● Workers on site must wear PPE that meet safety regulations and be uniform.
进入现场的人员戴好安全帽，系好帽带。进入现场的人员穿符合安全要求的工作服，着装
整齐统一。
● Work of height must wear safety harness hanging on upper liable place. Double
harness is needed if worker on height needs to mobile from place to place with one
of them fastened on safety rope.
高处作业人员必须正确扎好安全带，并将其挂在上方牢固可靠处。必须使用双背安全带，
施工人员在高出需要移动或行走时必须保证一条安全带牢固的挂在安全扶绳上。
●Workers must wear safety shoes required; skip-proof insulation shoes for welding
work and work on height are needed.
施工人员要穿符合本工种安全作业要求的工作鞋，电焊作业及登高作业时必须穿防滑的绝
缘鞋。
●Goggles are needed for work on grinding machine,fire welding,cutting(toothless
saw,grinding wheel),exposed to chemical articles(paint,diluter).And give training
to local workers before using them.
使用砂轮机、火焊、切割、高速切削（例如：角向砂轮、无齿锯等）、接触化学危险品（如：
油漆、稀释剂等）时戴防护镜。并对孟工进行使用前培训。
● Workers must strictly observe method and requirement on tools and machinery.
施工人员必须严格遵守有关工器具的使用方法及要求。
● No overload materials are allowed stacking on places of height work,
platform,walking way and scaffold and transport materials whenever needed.
Materials for tack weld can not be mobilized;tools for cutting and residual
materials should be put at safe places or fasten with iron wire to prevent them
form falling.
高处作业地点、各层平台、走道及脚手架上不得堆放超过允许载荷的物件，施工用料随用
随运。点焊的物件不得移动，切割的工件、边角余料等应放置在牢固可靠的地方或用铁丝
绑牢，以防坠落。
● Workers must strictly observe method and requirement on tools and machinery.
施工人员必须严格遵守有关工器具的使用方法及要求。

● When conducting crane, supporting blocking should be steady and hanging tools
be fastened tightly;slip rope should be used on hanging tools; no people is allowed
standing below the hanging materials; no overload is allowed for crane and hoisting
machine.
吊装作业时吊车应支垫平稳，吊物捆绑牢固，在吊件上拴以牢固的溜绳，吊物下方严禁站
人及通过，吊车及卷扬机严禁超载工作。

6.2 Environment protection measures 环境保证措施

● Implement regulation of ISO14001 environment management system.

认真贯彻执行 ISO14001 环境管理体系标准中的各项要求。
● Carry out principles from company and branches for environment.
贯彻执行公司及专业公司制定的环境方针。
● Rubbish should be disposed separably and cleared regularly to designated places.
Storage spots should be set up for solid waste with different and recognizable
dustbins. Waste materials like discarded iron, tools and electrode should be
disposed timely. When transporting solid wastes, effective and liable measures
should be taken to avoid secondary pollution.
施工垃圾集中分类存放，定期清理，运至指定地点，施工中产生的废弃物分类存放。做到
可回收利用。施工现场设置固体废弃物存放点，配备有不同标识固体废弃物存放容器。固
体废弃物应分类存放，对一般可回收固体废弃物如废铁、废工具、焊条头等要及时处理，
固体废弃物在运输过程中应采取可靠的固定措施，防止洒落造成二次污染。
● Clean site instantly in the process construction.
施工过程中做到施工现场随手清，及时清理施工过程中产生的垃圾。

Content 交底内容：
1、 Construction workers entered into site must do physical check and hold valid documentation and receive
safety induction with exam.
进入施工现场的施工人员，全部经过本工程安全文明施工规定与要求的专项培训，考试合格，体检合格。
2、 Workers on site must wear PPE that meet safety regulations and be uniform. Work of height must wear
safety harness hanging on upper liable place. Double harness is needed if worker on height needs to mobile
from place to place with one of them fastened on safety rope.
进入现场的人员带好安全帽，系好帽带。进入现场的人员穿符合安全要求的工作服，着装整齐统一高处
作业人员必须正确扎好安全带，并挂在上方牢固可靠处。
3、 Goggles are needed for work on grinding machine,fire welding,cutting(toothless saw,grinding
wheel),exposed to chemical articles(paint,diluter). Leakage protector must be installed on electrical
devices. No electric wire is allowed directly hanging on switch blade or plugging into socket.
使用砂轮机、火焊、切割、高速切削、接触化学危险品时佩戴防护镜。施工人员必须严格遵守有关工器
具使用方法及要求。施工用配电箱必须装设漏电保护器，做到一机一闸一保。严禁将电线直接购挂在闸
刀上或者直接插入插座内使用。
4、 Secondary wire for electric welding uses soft rubber cable with neatly arrangement and timely take back
after completion.
电焊二次线使用软橡套电缆，布设整齐、规划合理，完工后及时回收。
5、 Keep tools and machinery clean and complete safety regulation; safety apparatus meets standard with intact
certificate and inspect and maintain termly; no bad machines can be allowed operating.
施工机械完好清洁，安全规程齐全，安全装置符合标准、齐全有效，定期检查与保养，严禁带病运行。
6、 Rubbish should be disposed separably and cleared regularly to designated places. Storage spots should be
set up for solid waste with different and recognizable dustbins. Waste materials like discarded iron, tools
and electrode should be disposed timely.
施工现场设置分类垃圾箱，现场施工垃圾分类排放，定期清理，确保文明施工；施工现场禁止吸烟，施
工区域必须消灭焊条头、木头、铁线头、废料头、砂轮片等杂物。
