Fifth Sunday of Easter

Jesus, the true vine, expects us, the branches, to bear fruit. Because he loves us, he
prunes us so that we will bear better fruit. Parents know the challenging work of
disciplining their children with patient love each day. Discipline, like pruning, shapes
them to be better disciples.
378 Holy Hours were kept before the Blessed Sacrament this past week. We
have six vacant hours. We are in dire need of adorers. Our doors to the
church are unlocked from 6:00am to 6:00pm every day. You can walk in and
our Lord is there…..the person who gives us everything that is good! How
much do you appreciate that? Come and spend an hour with Him! Daytime
vacancies; Monday 8-9am, Tuesday 10-11am and Sunday 1-2pm. Nighttime hours;
Sunday 1-2am and 2-3am and Wednesday 11pm to midnight. Want to talk to a
nighttime adorer to see how they manage working the next day? Both Fr. David and
Fr. Bill make a holy hour during the night, every week. Call 330-690-9661 for your
hour.

Devotion to Our Lady of Fatima will be held Saturday, May 5 following the 4:00pm Mass. Come spend
this hour of prayer, devotion and Benediction. The Fatima Pardon Prayer: “My God, I believe, I adore, I
trust and I love Thee! I beg pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not trust and do not
love thee.”
