QC analyzed contaminated simple sent by customer and the result as follow:

Insoluble impurities: .25%

Ash content: .08% which means the material that loss during ignition was organic.

We suspect that black particule in the sample color was higher than initial color (APHA 25) AND
ALL SAMPLES CHECKED AT SPECIFIC INTERVAL WAS CONSISTENTLY apha 25.

Investigation by Packing:

OLIFAC ST50 lot no FJXK247K3N

Production Line: Flaker #830

Source tank: T-2006C.

Before start producing OLIFAC ST50, production line was cleaned up, cut some quantity 300 kg,
and took sample for control check to lab as per SOP. Jumbo bag filing activity started after quality
released by QC.

In our soap making process, liquid is going through filters on any coarse and fine particle and
closed loop processes with stainless steel piping and vessel, packed sealed into the bag.

There was no abnormality during packing until product transferred to WH. Samples sent to QC at
certain interval as per sampling procedure and all quality meet specification.

Jumbo bag top spout closed immediately after filling and capped eith plastic cover during storage
in warehouse.

Retention time of FJXK247K3N IN WAREHOUSE WAS ABOUT 12 DAYS.

Based on above fact, we conclude there is no possibility source of black carbon get into jumbo bag
during packing activity. There was no product contamination during packing that caused color
increased from 25 to 80.

There is no possibility of black carbon to get into jumbo bag during storage in warehouse as all top
side jumbo bag is capped with plastic cover during storage in warehouse..

In our opinion there was a localized external heat treating at this sample with leflover carbon black
expose external contamination which doesn’t make any sense to us happening at manufacturing
process.

The analysis shown the black particles are an organic that burned as black carbon.

This material normally found emitted from gas and diesel engines, coal-fired power plants, and
other sources that burn fossil fuel. Various sources including diesel cars and trucks, residential
stoves, forest fires, agricultural open burning and some industrial facilities. Mostly the
contamination is from air borne/ air pollution
