Summary
Born researcher and analyst. 6+ years experience in R&D and telecom. Published 5 papers, lead/chair of
international teams, designed 50+ embedded systems before finishing my undergrad. 4 fields are specially my
strength.

1. Big data analysis (Mobile operators are the largest pool of data. I've been playing with these for quite
some time. Developed 10+ big tools for analyzing terabytes of data. My developed tools have been used for
optimization, negotiation and analysis of several big mobile operators data.)

2. Telecom (During my tenure in Banglalink, we developed an algorithm for analyzing faulty TRX using
alarm occurrence trend. In Huawei I've developed another algorithm for KPI trend analysis. While I was in
Banglalink optimization team. In less than 1.5 years, gained hand-on experience in Huawei, Nokia, Siemens,
Ericsson and IPaccess counter/kpi level optimization - which is the fastest time among the whole team. I've
worked in 3 different zones under different managers. Done parameter tuning, defining new KPI, database
query programming, frequency planning and radio design. I have thorough experience in BTS troubleshooting.)

3. Digital signal processing (My undergrad thesis was on biomedical image processing (ultrasonogram) and
published an IEEE journal. I enjoyed DSP a lot and researched on my own with - fingerprint detection, speech
recognition, ECG signal processing, postal code detection and face detection.)

4. Circuit design (Microcontroller/microprocessor/PLC based embedded systems, Digital logic design, control
systems, power electronics circuit design and VLSI circuit simulation. During my undergrad I've worked in 3
electronics farms, designed and implemented around 50 projects and mentored more than 200 students with
their projects. Published 4 IEEE papers on circuit design, during my junior years.)

Embedded System Engineer

July 2008 - December 2010 (2 years 6 months)
Worked as the team leader and chief engineer in a group of 4 person and successfully designed an
‘Automated Vending Machine’. Later, independently designed an ‘Intelligent Multichannel Temperature
Logger’ and demonstrated the prototype at ICDDR,B – Mohakhali,Dhaka. This project was featured in the
Daily Somokal under the name ‘Joyee’.

Junior Electronics Engineer

December 2008 - December 2009 (1 year 1 month)
Worked in a group consisting of 4 members for building a ‘Digital Billboard’ which would show date,
time and temperature in scrolling text. Designed the driver portion of the project which generated the data
periodically and transmitted using RS232 protocol.
