1. Current Project Status;

- Walling is ongoing, currently at a height of 2.1m above the ground floor slab
- Curing of the ground floor slab and masonry wall is ongoing
- Walling materials have been delivered on site
- Sufficient labour has been mobilized on site; 5 skilled and 6 unskilled laborers

3. Emerging issues/ hindrances;

i. Omission of the provision for louvered vent blocks below windows. The Contractor has however
been notified to adjust the walls to allow for the vents as he proceeds with walling.

4. Conclusion
- The Contractor is cooperative and compliant with all instructions issued on site
- The Project is expected to be completed within the designated time

ii. Inadequacy of water in the region has slowed down the pace of construction

water stabilizes in Wamba Center
