On Intimation for Possession 5% of Sate Price + IFSD (See note 3) + Stamp Duty
& Registration Charges (See note 4)

• 1. Booking Amount
• 2 BR Rs. 25 lacs
• 3 BR Rs. 30 lacs
• 4 BR Rs. 35 lacs
• 5 BR Rs. 40 lacs
• 2. Down Payment Price shall be calculated taking 8% rebate on 95% of Basic Price, which is subject to change without notice.
• 3. Interest Free Security Deposit (IFSD) Rs. 100/- per sq. fr.
• 4. Stamp Duty / Registration Charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on prevailing rates.
• 5. One car parking bay for 2 Bed Room, Two Car Parking for 3 Bed Room/4 Bed Room & Three Car Parking bays for five Bedroom apartments are mandatory.
• 6. PLC as applicable
• 7. Price subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company. Please check availability status of the unit prior to confirmation of the booking.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN
Stages Payment
1.On Booking 25L / 30L / 35L / 40 L ( for 2/ 3 / 4 / 5 Bedroom apartments respectively) - This equals approx
10% of sale price
2. Within 30 days of Booking - 20% less amount paid on Booking
3. Within 3 months of Booking 15% + 50% of PLC, if applicable
4. Within 6 months of Booking 15% + 50% of PLC if applicable
5. Within 9 months of Booking 10% + 50% of Car parking
